Store Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it for an exchange product. Return it with an RA within 14 days of the shipping date on your packing list.

No International Sales. Please note that direct sales from The Nail Depot Supply are exclusive to U.S. customers (not including Puerto Rico)

To Order Online

1. Select a product

If you need assistance in choosing the product that is right for you, you can email us at sales@thenaildepot.com, or fax (978)-453-5828. For assistance with Heritage products, please email support@thenaildepot.com, or call (978)-453-4926. We recommend Heritage and non-Heritage products be ordered separately to avoid unnecessary delays on non-Heritage items.

2. Add to cart

Once a product is added to your cart, you can change or delete the quantity, continue shopping or proceed to checkout. There is no obligation to buy any items in your cart. When you are ready to place your order, just access your cart and click Next. Note that Heritage products are listed as “each,” so you must enter quantity “1” for an each.

3. Complete your transaction

If you have not done so already, you will be asked to “Log In” or register for an account. To complete the process, enter your billing and shipping information. For your protection, the billing address and shipping address must be in the same state, and the billing address must match the one your credit card company has on file.
Choose your shipping method. We do not ship to International destinations, PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Choose your payment option, and click “Checkout.” You will receive an invoice number and an e-mail confirmation.

Please call customer service to obtain shipping costs and tax. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Shipping Policy

The Nail Depot web orders are shipped via UPS except for Heritage orders. Every effort is made to ship your order within three business days. Please note that a signature is not required on small package deliveries, except at the discretion of the local driver. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Someone must be present at the time of delivery. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
